I had a lovely two-night stay in a Classic Double Room with Bath & Shower, and I really enjoyed the delicious continental breakfast and the cozy dining room. The garden was a perfect spot to relax, and I loved unwinding in the lounge area. Just a heads up, the traffic noise can be a bit loud at times, but it didn't ruin my enjoyment at all! 😊

I had a lovely experience staying in a cozy building with friendly staff, and being just under 7 km from the delightful Castle Combe Village made my city strolls unforgettable. It's a great spot for single travelers who appreciate comfort and accessibility to local sights.

Spacious room with a huge bed that guarantees a comfortable night’s sleep. The presence of a Nespresso machine adds a nice touch, allowing for a caffeine boost at any time.
The food prices can be a bit steep, which might not sit well with everyone. if you're sensitive to noise, the sound of bins being emptied at dawn can be disruptive. The lack of net curtains in front of a window facing bins detracted from the view, and the wait for service during breakfast could be frustrating as it seemed to prioritize conversations with others over taking orders.

The location of Stanton Manor is beautiful, with lovely grounds perfect for a relaxing walk. My room felt spacious, which I appreciated, and the bed was comfortable. A nice touch was the Nespresso coffee machine. it made mornings more enjoyable. Staff members were generally friendly and helpful. some aspects needed improvement. The noise from the M4 was quite intrusive despite the secondary glazing. The breakfast was disappointing. the cooked items were cold, and the selection was limited. The poor water pressure in the en suite made showering less pleasant.

the location was really nice and secluded, perfect for a getaway. staff were super friendly and always helped with our requests. loved the comfy bed in our classic double room and the shower was really powerful. enjoyed the daily cleaning and fresh towels. the small garden area was nice for a walk too, especially with the patio seating.
but the breakfast was a bit limited and could've been warmer. had some issues with slow service at breakfast time.

Great stay near Badminton!
Had a fab time! The location is super close to the Badminton Horse Trials, which was perfect. Our room was big and comfy, and the staff were super friendly! Only bummer was the breakfast, kinda chaotic, tables weren't cleared, and we waited ages for coffee. But the bar had amazing cocktails! Would come back for sure.

The stay was pleasant overall, especially enjoying the beautiful garden terrace room with its relaxing atmosphere, making our family trip enjoyable. The dining experience had its ups and downs, but the menu was quite varied, with some standout dishes like the lamb. Staff were welcoming and attentive, adding to the positive experience, although the dining speed could be improved.

Charming setting but needs attention
The historic manor provides a lovely atmosphere with beautiful grounds and friendly staff, which made my stay enjoyable. the dining service was a bit slow, and the bathroom in my room could use some improvements, particularly with maintenance issues like a faulty bath plug.

Charming venue with stunning gardens and spacious rooms. The bathroom was to die for—like a mini spa! Dinner was a mixed bag, but breakfast was absolutely delightful.
Heating? What heating! I felt like I was auditioning for a polar bear documentary. And don’t get me started on the taxi price—it’s car service, not a private jet!
